TERM & CONDITIONS:
 1. Standard terms and conditions apply.
2. The competition is open to everyone except the employees of Procter & Gamble South Africa, their advertising agencies, promotional agencies and immediate families.
3. Competition runs from 26 March 2009 – 10 May 2009 and no late correspondence will be entered into.
4. Consumers will enter the competition through SMS’ing the word ‘Duracell’, their name, and the last 4 digits of the barcode number at the back of the pack to 33110 at a cost of R1.50.
5. Only one entry per barcode purchase will qualify.
6. Procter & Gamble reserves the right to disqualify from the promotion any entrant suspected of fraud or cheating, including without limitation, through the manipulation of codes or otherwise frequently falsifying data.
7. Winners will be notified telephonically on 18th May 2009 on the cell number from which they entered the competition. It is therefore necessary for entrants to enter from a valid cell number.
8. All winners will be required to produce proof of purchase on request
9. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The prize of a Holiday to the value of R25 000 may not be converted to cash and is not transferable.
11. The grand prize comprises: Free travel to the value of R25 000 to any destination,
domestic or international.

12. Any costs or charges in excess of the R25 000 prize will be for the winner’s responsibility and account

13. The grand prize is only valid for persons 18 years and older. 

14. Grand winner & travel partners must be in possession of a valid passport.

15. Visa’s are for the responsibility of the grand winner & travel partners.

16. Choice of dates is subject to availability for both airline and accommodation. Once final tickets & package have been agreed upon, any changes thereafter will be for the grand winner’s own account.

17. The prize fulfilment needs to be taken up by 31 December 2009.

18. By entering this competition participant must consent whether their particulars may be used for publicity or not.
19. The right of admission into this competition lies solely with Procter & Gamble South Africa and is non-negotiable.
20. Procter & Gamble and participating agencies shall not be liable for any loss or damage the participants may suffer as a result of participating in this competition or in fulfillment of the prize.
